Shop Policies & Waiver

• All users must be 18+ to reserve a bay. Minors may enter only with a parent/guardian who signs and remains present.
• Bring valid photo ID (and vehicle registration if applicable). Sign our liability waiver and user agreement before first use.
• Closed-toe, non-slip footwear required in bays. No sandals/flip-flops.
• No alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, or being under the influence on premises.
• OGC10 may refuse access or end a session at our discretion for safety or policy violations.

• Reserve online or at the front desk. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.
• Deposits (or full payment) may be required when booking. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may forfeit deposit/fees.
• Multi-day bookings: if you finish early, we’ll charge for used time (rounded up) and refund the rest.
• We may adjust your start time, bay, or equipment allocation; you’ll receive an equivalent alternative or a full refund.
• Longer projects may require milestone payments as noted at booking.

• Use only equipment you have been oriented/certified to operate. Follow all posted instructions and staff guidance.
• Lifts are operated by OGC10 staff only (positioning, raising/lowering, spotting/alignment).
• End on time and clean as you go. Excessive mess or late departures may incur fees.
• Damage from misuse/negligence is billable. Normal wear is expected.
• Food only in lounge areas; sealed water is fine in bays. No smoking/vaping inside.
• If you’re the last one out: shut equipment, turn lights off, secure doors.

• Provide proof of ownership/authorization for any vehicle you work on.
• One vehicle per bay unless approved. Additional vehicles may require extra bookings/fees.
• Collect and dispose of used fluids/hazardous waste in our designated area. Never dump in drains or bays.
• Storage only by prior approval. Items left beyond your session may be removed or disposed of at your expense.
• Start times may shift due to prior overruns; we’ll keep you informed.

Use of the facility is at your own risk. By booking or entering the bays you:

• Assume risks of injury, loss, or damage to yourself, guests, vehicle, and property.
• Agree to release OGC10 Garage, its owners and staff from liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.
• Agree to follow staff instructions and all posted/communicated safety rules; violations may end your session without refund.
• Acknowledge that lifts are operated by staff only for your safety and ours.
• Are responsible for your own insurance coverage for vehicle/project activities.

• Be respectful of neighboring bays — manage noise, aerosols, and shared tools responsibly.
• Guests must be registered and sign the waiver to enter work areas; limit 2 guests per bay unless approved. You’re responsible for guests.
• Theft, vandalism, or tool misuse results in ejection, forfeiture of fees, and possible legal action.
• Only legal, safe, and mission-aligned activities are permitted.
• OGC10 may inspect a project/vehicle if we suspect a hazard or policy issue.

• If OGC10 cancels (equipment/facility issue), you’ll receive a full refund or credit.
• Cancel >24 hours before start: refund less any non-refundable deposit.
• Cancel <24 hours or no-show: deposit/fees may be forfeited.
• Policy updates may occur; the latest version on our site governs new bookings.
