Welcome to The OGC10 Garage, a veteran-owned DIY auto garage built for the gearheads, builders, and everyday drivers of North Texas.
Before you book a bay or bring in your project, please take a moment to read through our Shop Policies & Guidelines below.
These policies are here to keep everyone safe, the shop clean, and the community strong.
By booking or entering the facility, you agree to follow these policies and the shop waiver.

🔧 1. Respect the Space and the People
We’re all here to wrench, learn, and have fun.
Please treat our staff, equipment, and other guests with respect and courtesy at all times.
- No aggressive behavior, profanity, or unsafe conduct.
- Clean up your bay before you leave — we want to keep the shop ready for the next builder.
🧤 2. Safety First
Your safety (and others’) is our top priority.
- Closed-toe shoes and safety glasses are required in work areas.
- Always use lifts, jacks, and tools according to manufacturer safety guidelines.
- Report any damaged tools or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Children under 16 must remain in the lounge area unless accompanied by an adult.
♻️ 3. Waste & Fluid Disposal
We’re committed to responsible environmental practices.
- Each booking includes disposal of up to 5 quarts of used oil, one oil filter, and standard shop rags.
- Additional fluid types (coolant, ATF, brake fluid, etc.) may incur a small disposal fee.
- Please ask a staff member before draining fluids.
🛠️ 4. Tool & Equipment Use
Our basic tools are available for all bay rentals.
- Specialty tools can be rented at the front desk.
- Please return all tools clean and in the same condition you received them.
- Any lost or damaged tools may result in a replacement fee.
⏱️ 5. Booking Time & Cancellations
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled time.
- Your booking includes setup and cleanup time.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit.
💳 6. Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Shopify at the time of booking.
Refunds or credits will be issued for qualifying cancellations or verified service issues only.
👨🔧 7. Garage Advisor Support
Our on-site Garage Advisor can assist with questions, guidance, or tool use.
Please note: Advisors cannot perform labor on your vehicle — they’re here to guide, not wrench.
🚫 8. Prohibited Activities
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, the following are not permitted:
- Smoking or vaping inside the facility
- Painting or chemical stripping
- Engine or transmission removal without prior approval
- Overnight vehicle storage unless pre-arranged
