Unused Service Policy
Included services are based on the plan cycle. Unused services do not roll over to the next month or year. Schedule your services regularly to get the most out of your plan.
No-Show Policy
If you schedule a service appointment and don't show up, the service will count toward your plan allotment. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation
You may cancel your service membership at any time. Your plan benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
