⚙️ Customer Waiver & Release of Liability

Thank you for choosing The OG C10 Garage & Co., a veteran-owned DIY auto shop built for the community of hands-on builders and gearheads.

By booking a bay, using our tools, or entering our facility, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that working on or around vehicles, lifts, tools, and equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, burns, slips, falls, or property damage.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with using The OG C10 Garage & Co. facilities and equipment.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless The OG C10 Garage & Co. LLC, its owners, employees, advisors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation, use of tools, lifts, or equipment, or presence on the property.

This includes any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur to me, my guests, or my vehicle.

3. Responsibility for My Vehicle & Equipment

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the work performed on my vehicle and for using all tools and equipment safely and correctly.
I will not hold the garage or its staff responsible for any damages or improper repairs made by myself or others.

4. Safety Compliance

I agree to follow all posted safety rules and verbal instructions from The OG C10 Garage & Co. staff.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Wearing required safety gear (closed-toe shoes, gloves, safety glasses)
Using lifts, jacks, and tools responsibly
Not allowing unauthorized individuals to operate equipment

Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.

5. Damage & Cleanup

I agree to leave my bay clean and to report any tool or equipment damage immediately.
I understand I may be held responsible for damages caused by misuse or neglect.

6. Media Release (Optional)

I consent to photos or videos taken within the shop being used by The OG C10 Garage & Co. for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless I provide written notice to opt out.

7. Acknowledgment

By booking a bay or entering The OG C10 Garage & Co., I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms voluntarily.
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to sign this agreement.
